Raise your glass with the breathtaking view over Vernon Bay. There is a good chance that you will see a bald eagle soaring by. If you are really lucky, you actually might see a whale in the bay while enjoying your wine. Life does not get much better than this.

Executive Chef Stefan Ohlsson’s menu showcases appetizers and entrées with a West Coast focus, many created using local ingredients and the bounty of the very waters overlooked by the restaurant.

Our wine list offers many bottles with the spotlight on B.C. including wines from Vancouver Island. We are proud to offer our guests the wines from the Beaufort Vineyard and Estate Winery. Of course, we also carry the traditional wines from the world!

The kitchen of Eagle Nook Resort & Spa proudly boasts the complete absence of a deep fryer. Many of our dishes are prepared in a combination convection oven/steamer, helping to provide healthier and more flavourful dishes. Our bread is baked in-house and has mesmerized many guests, forgetting there are still four more courses to come!

Our breakfast gives you the chance to adapt to your specific needs. Whether you are going on a long hike and need a hardy meal or if you have booked a full day in the spa and just want some homemade granola, Stefan’s menu offers it all. Many of our guests are in awe of the freshness and luxury of the food and the absolute beauty of the surroundings!
